My coaching is designed for people who think deeply, feel intensely, and are tired of surface-level advice. Whether you’re masking your way through the day, living in your head, or burning out from trying to be “fine” all the time - I help you stop spiralling and start moving toward what actually matters.

I work from a foundation of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), values-based support, and real psychological tools. This isn't generic mindset advice. It’s structured, strategy-led coaching that creates space for clarity, direction, and sustainable shift.

I’ve helped programmers, creatives, educators, diplomats, and quietly high-performing adults make real change - even when they’ve felt stuck for years. I work from a neurodivergence-affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and kink-positive perspective - because safe, effective support starts with being seen for who you actually are. I also teach this work to other professionals, having presented at the TAGGS conference on using fandom and narrative metaphors to help clients connect with their values. I completed advanced training through the World Health Organization in Mental Health Law and Human Rights, and bring that depth of care and ethical grounding to every session.

You don’t need to be a geek to work with me. But if metaphors from character arcs, D&D, or narrative systems make things click for your brain, we’ll use them. And if you’d rather keep things straightforward and focused? That works too.​

“What if I’ve tried other things and nothing really helped?”

You’re not alone in that. Many of my clients come to me after trying therapy, self-help, or coaching that didn’t quite click. That doesn’t mean you’re the problem - it means the approach wasn’t built for how your brain works.

What I offer is different: deep, psychologist-led coaching grounded in real psychological frameworks (like ACT and values-based work), adapted to who you are. We focus on clarity, momentum, and lasting shift - not generic advice.

“Do I have to commit to four sessions?”

Not at all. I offer a discounted first session so you can get a feel for the work and see if it’s the right fit. If it clicks, most people continue with a 4-session package, designed to be used within two months. It’s enough space to create momentum and real progress without dragging things out. One-off sessions are also available, just slightly higher in rate.

“Is this therapy?”

​​

No - but it is grounded in psychology. I don’t offer diagnoses, treatment for mental illness, or crisis support. What I do offer is structured, expert-led coaching that helps you stop spiralling and start moving toward what matters. If therapy felt too clinical - or coaching felt too shallow - this might be exactly what you've been looking for.

“What if I’ve never done anything like this before?”

You don’t need experience - you just need willingness. Many of my clients are new to coaching, therapy, or any kind of support. I’ll guide the process with structure, curiosity, and zero judgment. No prep, no performance, no pressure.

“What platform do we use?”

​

I typically use Zoom, but I’m flexible. If WhatsApp video feels easier, we’ll use that. Some clients even prefer to type instead of speak. You’re free to communicate in the way that feels safest and clearest for you.

“Will it work online?”

​

Yes - and for many people, it actually works better. I’ve supported hundreds of clients online for years, and the connection is just as strong. All you need is a private, quiet space. I’ll meet you there.

“What if I’m in a different time zone?”

 

I’m based in Europe, and many of my coaching clients are 6–9 hours behind. If you’re a night owl, work late shifts, or prefer quiet, reflective hours, this can work in your favour. I often have early-day availability that lines up with late-night US time - like 8am here being midnight for you. We’ll coordinate to find something that fits your rhythm.

"How do I pay?"

 

Payments are made in advance and handled through secure, internationally accessible options - Stripe, Revolut, or PayPal. You’ll get clear instructions with zero hidden fees or fuss. No confusing transfers, no chasing invoices - just a simple, professional setup.

“Do I need to be geeky to work with you?”

Not at all. Some clients love using metaphors from games, fandoms, or character arcs to make sense of what they’re feeling - but others just want clear, grounded support. Either way, I adapt to you. The goal is resonance, not roleplay.

“What if I’m nervous to start?”

 

Most of my clients are. You don’t need to come in with clarity or confidence - you just need to come in. I’ll meet you with calm, structure, and respect. No judgment. No performance. Just steady, expert support that meets you where you are - and helps you move toward where you want to be.
