LGBTQIA+ & Kink-Affirming Therapy and Coaching
Online support in English where your identity, relationships and consensual adult practices are met with respect rather than suspicion, wherever you live. You decide what’s relevant to explore and what stays private.
You shouldn’t have to educate your therapist before you can ask for help
Getting support becomes exhausting when you’re braced for judgement, correcting assumptions or wondering whether honesty will change how you’re treated. An affirming space doesn’t treat queerness, trans identity, non-monogamy or kink as symptoms to be removed.
The focus is whatever you bring: anxiety, shame, relationships, boundaries, low mood, identity, difficult experiences, belonging, or something else entirely.

Kink-aware and relationship-inclusive support
Consensual adult kink and non-traditional relationship structures aren’t automatically framed as unhealthy. I approach them with curiosity, consent-awareness and attention to what they mean for you. When a pattern is causing distress, we focus on the specific dynamics, safety, communication or boundaries involved, not on condemning an identity or community.
An intersectional, ACT-based view of wellbeing
Identity doesn’t exist in isolation. Neurodivergence, culture, race, disability, migration, work and family expectations all shape how safe it feels to be visible, and that looks different in every country. Our work can hold those overlapping contexts, grounded in ACT and values-based work, without reducing you to a label.
